FAQ

Member tiering is a membership system where you can enjoy greater benefits as your shopping activity and accumulated points increase.

Membership tiers are determined based on the accumulation of transactions or points within a specific period, starting from your first transaction in that year.

• - Silver: The entry level when you first join
• - Gold: For members who have made transactions with total value of IDR 1,500,000
• - Platinum: For members who have made transactions with total value of IDR 5,000,000

You can upgrade your tier by meeting the required number of transactions or points within the ongoing period. Your tier will be updated automatically once the requirements are fulfilled.

The higher your tier, the more benefits you can enjoy, such as:

• 🎁 Exclusive promotions & vouchers
• ⭐ Bigger point accumulation
• 🎂 Special surprises on certain occasions
• 🚚 Additional benefits for easier ordering

Membership tiers are evaluated periodically. Your tier status will follow your transaction activity within that period.

Yes, if your activity or transactions do not meet the minimum criteria during the evaluation period, your tier may be adjusted to a lower level.

Points have their own validity period (e.g., 12 months from the date they are earned). A tier downgrade does not automatically remove your points, but be sure to use them before they expire.

You can view your membership status and points balance on your profile page in Harvest app or website.
