After your successful registration as a member, you may earn Treat Points from your purchases from Harvest, The Harvest Express or https://harvestbakes.co.id/. When making purchase transactions at Harvest or The Harvest Express, please make sure that you inform your phone numbers that are used in Harvest Treats registration to our store cashiers when you make your payment. When making online purchase transactions at https://harvestbakes.co.id/, please make sure that you log in on the website with the same data that are used in Harvest Treats registration so that your online purchase transaction can be identified to earn Treats Points. Please keep your bill until Treat Points from that particular bill are issued. Any issue related to Treat Point Issuance must be emailed to marketing@harvestgroup.co.id no more than 5 days after the date of purchase.

Treat Points Issuance
Treat Points are issued based on the purchase amount of an individual bill (not cumulative).
Harvest Stores
Earn 40 Treat Points for every Rp100.000 spent in a single bill. Amounts above the last multiple of Rp10.000 will not be counted. Example: A bill of Rp225.000 earns 80 Treat Points. A bill of Rp30.000 earns 0 Treat Points.
The Harvest Express
Earn 4 Treat Points for every Rp10.000 spent in a single bill. Amounts above the last multiple of Rp10.000 will not be counted. Example: A bill of Rp26.000 earns 16 Treat Points. A bill of Rp3.000 earns 0 Treat Points. Website harvestbakes.co.id and App : Points are issued following the same rules as above, depending on the brand selected (Harvest or The Harvest Express).
Notes

• - Please allow up to 48 hours for points to appear in your Point Balance/History.
• - Keep your receipt until the points from that purchase are issued.
• - Any issue related to Treat Points issuance must be reported to : marketing@harvestgroup.co.id within 5 days of purchase.

Simply login to https://harvestbakes.co.id/ with your registered email address/phone number and password, and you will directly see your Treat Points Any issue related to Treat Point Issuance must be emailed to marketing@harvestgroup.co.id no more than 5 days after the date of purchase

Please allow us for a maximum of 48 hours to process your transactions. You should be able to see your recent transactions under “Order History" menu in your account. Please keep your bill until Treat Points from that particular bill are issued. In case your Treat Points have not been added after 48 hours from your purchase transaction time, please let us know by filling in your concern in Contact Us section in https://harvestbakes.co.id/ or email to marketing@harvestgroup.co.id no more than 5 days after the date of purchase

Online transactions from https://harvestbakes.co.id/ only will earn Treat points.
